McSpotlight says:
it is unfortunate if someone has posted a message under the guise of another person. However, as a moderated Debating Room we have to accept the validity of any and all messages posted herein. Whilst it is likely that this is a 'bogus' posting it is equally fair to claim that the above posting is also 'bogus'. However there are better reasons not to remove this posting.

McSpotlight can only accept or reject messages at face value - once accepted messages are irredeemably validated - McSpotlight must maintain a coherent policy which allows all contributions whilst guarding against offensive and abusive messages. It is an accepted point that due to the nature of some of these discussions that some people may wish to remain anonymous and whilst McSpotlight in no way condones the use of someone elses identity we cannot remove postings based on the possibility that their identity is bogus - McSpotlight CANNOT start debating someone's name etc.

It is additionally the role of these Debating Rooms to discuss and clarify issues related to McDonald's, McLibel, this site and multinationals - it is far more preferable for the 'validity' or not of someone's identity to be established through the Debating Rooms rather than through the draconian and unfair hand of McSpotlight's censorship - this route is too readily exploited by certain corporations already (no need to mention names).

Therefore, if this is indeed a 'bogus' message let the Debating Room know. The impersonator will either refute the claim or not (if the claim is not refuted then it is likely that the message was bogus and to all readers this will be apparent, if the claim is refuted by 'Micael Ullerteg' then it should be relatively easy to establish whether or not this person really is who they say they are).

So, Micael Ullerteg please reply ......
