Plastic gloves a noble effort

In the USA they do wear plastic gloves in order to ensure safe food. In Europe we do not. I saw this when I was over there, and it looked rather troublesome.
The main point though, is that we constantly work towards safe food. Plastic gloves is probably not the answer, but it is a noble effort
