:I have nothing against capitalism, but the balance of power is all too in McDonald's favour. The McLibel case wasn't even reported in Australia because McDonalds did everthing they could to keep the publicity out. It worked too. When one company has that much power it isn't a capitalist society, it's more like a dictatorship. Free speech was erased and yet it was a huge news story.
Okay, you right. Well, your right. That isn't too cool that the corporation kept the news out of Austrailia. They do have a lot of power. But why did the media fold? There may also be a weak link there.

Do you know these people? I think not. Do you know the first think about them? Again, I think not. Perhaps you should think long and hard about judging a person before you even know their name. These people own one McDonald's. Not thirty or fourty like some owners. They are not the greedy blood suckers that you would like to make them out to be.
And yes, I am greedy for money. Aren't you? I am somewhat materialistic. But I am not a miser. I give money to my less fortunate friends and to organizations for a good cause (i.e. Republican National Committee). I have a job because it develops a work ethic and builds character also. I'm not just in it for the buck.
