We hate McDonalds. Since our new store opened, we have been demorilised, humiliated, all self confidence taken away, made to treat crew like shit, and as salaried workers - made to do two to four hours unpaid over-time EACH shift.We made the mistake of questioning our owner/operator and were abused and forced into resigning.
If anyone is thinking of making a careet in McDonalds - think twice.
I was crew for three years and loved it, thought management was for me. I left my home and my friends to a job where i can no longer stand.
DON'T KID YOURSELF... GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN.
