: Why is it deemed nessessary for the management at McDonald's to be so uncaring and unfeeling of their crew. At the restaurant where I work a Shift Running Floor Manager (the lowest form of Shift runner) has been told that he is too nice to the crew as he lets them enjoy themselves when it is his shift.
: I thought the new logo was Enjoy More, so why can't the crew?
Every member of management should treat all employee as they would wanted to be treated.
