messed up company

this very messed up company! I have been working at a Mcdonalds since last Labor day,(almost a year). I do not mind doing my job,(and others).I am a opening manager (since December) and handle all ordering,bank deposits,and now schedules.
I have had a lot of problems. I was sexually harrassed by another manager, I also got attacked by that manager.She just got transfered to another store, and a 2 day suspension. What did I get, NOTHING!!!!!
I have also hade to be made fun of for being gay by crew and other managers, I have no idea why I still work at this store. I would like to leave this area because the same owner/operator runs them and he just does not listen to what I have to say! I wish I could just leave and get another job, but some how I am scared that I will not find a job with the same pay.
