They are all owned by different people and run differently. I can sympasize with you because I to have had a bad boss. The entire chain cannot rightfully be condemed because of this one incident.
Funny how these incidents seem to happen so often in McDonalds.
Then the poor McDonald`s gets blamed.
Makes me so sad.
But it also makes me wonder why The Chain isn`t actively forcing its restaurant-keepers to treat their workers better and thus preventing these "incidents" from "happening".
I myself work for a big multinational corporate, that has made it a policy to treat it`s employees well (and according to the trade union recommendations).
They may get to pay little bit higher wages , but in the long run that pays off too.
Needless to say our "incident" rate is close to zero.
