: work or go home before the end of your shift because the store is quite
: or work through your shift without a break because the store is busy, _just do it_.
: 2. Make sure shout a lot at less experienced crew members while your
: manager is around. This is regarded as a good training and management
: skill at McD.
: 3. Of course you get shouted at yourself by your superiors in the name
: of training. _Do not_ repeat _do not_ answer back if your manager is
: around otherwise you will mess up your performance review.
: 4. Attend the rap sessions and immediately report back to your manager those
: fellow workers who criticised the way the store is run. Spying on other workers
: is an invaluable quality as far as McD is concerned.
: 5. Of course criticising your manager at rap sessions yourself is a very
: stupid thing to do as there may be others around who are trying to impress
: the manager too!
: 6. When you are on fry station, squeeze the fry boxes when filling them.
: This will increase the yield and make your manager extremely happy.
: And of course your aim is to please him/her not the customer so
: forget your conscience.
: 7. Never throw out any cooked product even if it means keeping it for
: hours before selling it to the customer as you manager does not like wasting.
: 8. Do not talk to your fellow employees about anything else but work-related
: things like the cooking time for burgers and fries, grill temprature, etc as
: any other normal personal chat may be construed as trying to get friendly
: with the staff in order to organise them.
: 9. Depending on how far you are prepared to go in your quest, you can do
: other things like clocking out half way through your shift but continuing
: to work. I dont have to tell you why this will extremely please your manager.

This is absolute crap!! Who on earth would clock out halfway thriough the shift just to impress some stupid manager? After all, it's like working half your shift free! The point of working is for experience and MONEY!!! Yeah, I'm sure they'd be impressed if I yelled during shift. That'd really attract the customers. Put yourself in the customers shoes, would you like to get half filled or old food? And I'm sure 'dobbing' on your workmates would be seen as good! Wjat a suck! I seriously hope you never actually tried this. It's so obviously sucking up. Get a life!
