Having worked for McD's now for nearly six years, It's good to have found people who have experienced things in McDonalds that I have too.

Some of the scare stories illustrated on this site have been occurring for years such as working whilst clocked off etc etc.
I remember a time when I was made to carry on working even though I'd burnt my hand on the grill.

Admittedly some of these stories are outrageous, but some must be considered in context. ANY and that means ANY organisation has a desire to control or reduce costs.
Some stories that suggest syrups being watered down etc certainly dont happen in the restaurant I work in - but I can't speak for everyone.

The point I'm trying to make is that as with everything that occurs in large quantities we have to expect small numbers which deviate from the desired norm.
Some elements of McDonalds are good. It is unfair to consider the only reason why a company does something positive is for financial gain because in doing this you forget
all the individuals in every organisation who wish to to change things for the better.
