An ex-customer with no advice

Was it Shakespeare who said "Methinks thou doth protest too much"?

Most customers don't bitch unless they have a damn good reason to.

For example, if they've had a hard day and need to take out their
frustrations on someone who is not in a position to fight back.


: I don't deny that there are some who will look for any excuse to be a
: horse's ass, but based on the postings in these rooms, it looks like
: many of the employees are the ones who need an attitude adjustment.

Only because McSpotlight hasn't yet opened a debating room entitled
"Customer Lectures".

: If a lot of customers are bitching at your location, then obviously
: there's a few things wrong. So take a good look at yourselves before
: you start attacking us!

Whatever is wrong with your location couldn't possibly be the result of
bad management. You, the harassed employee, are solely to blame. We
just hope you've learned your lesson.
