If so then create a petition in your store and get all your friends and colleages to sign it. Obviously do this in secret. Then contact this site and tell me. Lets see how much support this gets. Remember the new [UK] government has pledged in its manifesto "Where they do decide to join, and where a majority of the relevant workforce vote in a ballot for the union to represent them the union should be recognised"
Also bear in mind that the ex company president said in the McLibel Trial that if we wanted a trade union then we should have one.
If this is the case then anyone who is told otherwise should post a message here telling us why. There is no reason why we should not be properly represented other than from the fear of what might happen to company profits. Don't just stand back and be represed and demoralised take control.
