I agree to what you said when you suggested that people do not tell mgr's what is wrong with the job or what their plans are. I made the mistake of telling my boss this and now I have been ostracised. Everything that I do now is critisized to the extent that I an thinking of going back to college and leaving the job. I have constant arguments and the other managers just toe the company line, every shift I do is a misery. The funny thing is I am a shift running floor manager who was just trying to be resonable with crew. Why can't there be a trade union? Why for that matter is there no rap session for hourly paid floor managers they have a need to express their feelings too.
