Keif is right. If you need the money, Mcdonalds, which in england is very fair, is a great step in the right direction. It is very hard to get promotion, which does show what a small turnover of staff there is, meaning that they must enjoy it.

Of course, I'm biased, because I work therer, but to me, its interesting to work with the people.

Staff turn over is far from low. It is amoung the highest in the industry.
There is little real promotional opportunity because most of the labour required
is of the unskilled variety.
