- McJobs and Workers -this job sucks
I have worked at the McDonalds in Rantoul IL. for a year now and i hate it with a passion!!The managers are horrible. they dont respect you enough and give you the praise that you deserve. I work my butt off will everyone else is standing around doing nothing. The crew chief and trainers alwayas make me do their jobs because they think they rule the world and even so of the crew people think thet can tell me what to do while they stand around and do nothing. i dont get the raises i deserve and i dont get trained on new things. i have worked here a year and i still havent been trained on back! i have asked them to train me but the never will. so therefore i cant get a promotion because i dont know how to do everything. now they just hired a bunch of people and now everybodys hours are getting cut. I nee dthese hours i cant afford to have them cut. im only being sheduled 3 days a week and i only get about 15 to 20 hours a week. i just wish i could quit but they are the onbly place that has such flexable hours. but after the summer i am going to start looking for a different job cause im just feed up with all the managers crap. they keep messing up my schedule ON PURPOSE and im just sick of it!! None.
