I don't know what McDonalds you guys are working at, but at my McDonalds the crew members are treated fairly and with respect. I have worked for McDonalds for 7 years, and I am a First Assistant now. I have had only great experiences at McDonalds. I have learned to work with others, give great customer service, and have even learned a great deal about how the business works. I am a college graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Business with minors in Marketing and Psychology. I think that if you are having a bad experience at your McDonalds, you should sit down with you Store Manager or Area Supervisor, and let them know how you feel. If others at your store are feeling the same way, have them come with you, or at least have them write a letter explaining the situation. I am sorry to hear about your bad experiences at McDonalds. I wanted to let you know that all McDonalds are not like that! I am sure that every Fast-Food chain has it's "Bad Apple" stores. If you like your job at McDonalds and talking to your manager doesn't do any good, try another McDonalds. Make sure that the same franchisee doesn't own the new one you go to, you might have the same problem.
Anyway, I hope that you have learned at least a little something good while working at McDonalds. It can be a great place to start you job career, if you don't choose a "Bad Franchise Store" to work at. I hope that your next job will be fulfilling.
