Unions are important for employees to stick
together. McDonalds is founded on some of the worst morals in
business. The ridiculosly-underpaid employees have to unite to
show that they are not going to put up with the shit that stupid
managers (that graduate from Hamburger University) give them. Without
them, the managers and the large, faceless corporation of McRaunchies
will just treat them like shit even though they do 3 times the work
that the fatasses in the offices and at Hamburger Central do.
