Being with a Union is a freedom that everybody should have.

In the McDonald's restaurant I am working, almost 98% percent of the workers
are members of a union. They are members because they feel some sort of security. It's an insurance being a member.

In the restaurant I am working, there a lot of problems.
Such as:

unfair threatment of the workers
overtime
uniforms
The boss telling the workers that they are idiots, verbal abuses.

McDonalds recrutes young people. Why? because they are cheap labourer.
Their salary is lower than those who are over 18 years old.
Young people doesn't know what kind of rights they have. They can easily used.
A lot of them are naive.

They need some security, who would give it to them?

The unions do.... The unions have a bad reputations, but people don't know anything about them listen to romours..
There are a lot of advantages in being a member.

You can ask yourself why a lot of people join unions.
