I can not believe that ANYONE can actually condone stealing if you feel as if you are being cheated quit. i happen to be a 1st asst. manager in my resteraunt and i know how much is made. the O/O I work for owns 15 soon to be 16 stores. I'll tell you he happens to be a very succesful O/O and he doesn't make close to 1.2 mill in profit per year. You MUST be mistaken, I think these are the sales of the store for that year. I have first hand knowledge of P&L and a bottom line of 10% profit for an O/O is excellent. If you even bothered to check you would see that the licensing fee is 11% , food cost is 23%, and labor is at least 15% . Now with only those 3 things thats already 49% of the sales gone not to mention property tax, utilities, advertising (which a mandatory contribution must be made), uniforms, employee meals, new equipment, income tax, payroll tax, etc. Besides that who are you to decide whether or not your owner makes enough money. How much money he makes is irrelevant to you. like I said if you feel underpaid ask for a raise, if you still aren't happy quit, no one is forcing you to work there. What ever happened to people who did there best because they took pride in themselves. regardless of whether or not they like the job.I am very happy you don't work for me . I am also glad you don't own a business because it would be out of business FAST.Well my O/O treats all his employees fairly and pays them competitively. I just think that before you speak you should get all your facts together and be prepared to prove them. Lastly how can anyone believe it's OK to steal?? ![]()
