Alfred, good for you, I started with McDonald's 32 years ago while in high school. Today I am proud to say that I have 4 Store myself. Hard work will be your reward. I have always said, if you don't like your job, then find one that you will like. Keep up the good work.: Hi. My name is "Alfred" and I a high school student. I work as a Floor Supervisor at a local McD's restaurant. I worked my butt to get where I am and I am proud of what I accomplished in the 7 months I have been there. I know that there is a lot of crap we McDonald employee's put up with, especially if you are under Corporation, but we also choose to put up with it. So I'm not complaining. Yet.
: Working at McDonald's has helped me to become a stronger person and I am thankful to them for that. I used to be scared out of my mind to speak out about what I believed in, but because of the people of McDonald's, I have been given the opportunity to grow into a more responsible, hard-working person. Twenty years from now, I will look back at this job and be grateful for the chance McDonald's gave me to prove myself.
