most outstanding store in Australia

I am currently a McDonald's employee and nothing like what has been mentioned here has ever occured at my store. The store I am employed at has been chosen as the most outstanding store in Australia for the past two years! In Australia, I don't know about in the rest of the world, we have head office representatives come and comprehensively evalute the store for 2 full days, every year. After completing this evaluation, the store will be given three graded results relating to the condition, effectivness and cleanliness of the store. And on top of that every week a mystery customer will enter the store and buy product, and then go away and complete a customer satisfaction report and send it to the store. Now stores like have been described on this page would no way have survived this long if anything like this had of happened.

interested to read about the Cholchester store in England which was also 'awarded' as the most outsatnding store but behind the scenes things were very different. (of course - you might not be interested at all - you may not be who/what you claim to be)
