Careers

Take it from a long time franchisee STORE MANAGER-- think
twice about a career at McDonald's. NO RETIREMENT. The
corporation fee structure makes it NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE for an
owner-operator to finance ANY BENEFITS for its managers or
long time crew.
THEY TAKE MORE THAN THEIR FAIR SHARE.
If you are on stock purchase, look at the salaries and bonuses
paid to QUINLIN, RENSI, etc. (in the annual report).
Recent publicity about AVIS and TEXACO show that corporations
are surely ACCOUNTABLE for the actions or lack of actions on the
part of their franchisees. Lets hope that this accountability
will extend to benefits as well.
Where will you be in 2010? 2015? 2020?
THINK TWICE ABOUT WASTING YOUR LIFE WITH McDONALD'S as I have.
If they have no Managers and Crew, Guess what, soon you will
see BENEFITS.

Ed Rensi has no retirement worries.
