This is to Jacob, the newly promoted Crew Chief.
Congratulations on your promotion!! I, too, started out as a crew
member in high school. I am now a manager. It has taken me three
years to get to where I am now. I completely agree with you that
most employees that get fired are ones with very poor work ethics.
I am glad to know that someone out there is actually proud to be
part of the McDonalds business. Maybe someday you to will be a
manager. Good Luck!!
