As a past frequenter of McDonald's in the Northeast, I've seen
stores that run the gamut. Oddly enough, it always seemed
connected to the neighborhood they're in and the employees
working there. I've seen clean, attractive stores with
service-oriented employees who you just know are on their
way up to the next rung of the ladder. Their focus is on the
customer. I've seen dirty-looking places with employees more
interested in talking loudly to each other, shouting each other
down, and posturing than they are in being an employee.
Which McDonald's would you trust as to the quality and
sanitation of the food? I've observed the same things in
Pizza Huts. Since I've been dieting, all I see is the inside
of Nutri/System packages. The point here is, the EMPLOYEES
make or break the place.
