how mcdonald's treats it's employees

The workers at mcdonald's appear to be angry and upset most of
the time when I am there. I attribute that to how they are treated
by their authority figures. First of all they are not payed enough.
This is an old control mechanism, designed by the powers that be,
to keep people in their places. How far does the minimum wage go
for people who are the heads of the household? and believe me
there are many people who are working at macdonalds who are in
that very position. Sometimes I wonder who nurtured these people
who find themselves in the controlling positions. Do they not
understand the results and the consequence of their behavior?
Do they not understand the law of cause and effect? I think not!
People are very angry at how these monsters are insensitively
exerting there false sense of authority. and as a result, things
and situations will inevitably be changed. They will be changed by
the very people that are affected. By the way, The masses of people
seem more civalized than the few people em at this point. What would
the state of the world be like if every one acted like the owners of
these corporations? They take what they want and think nothing of
it and good people such as those who work at mcdonald's just
silently go on working and suffering. sometimes being very
humiliated and oppressed. It's very difficult to work under
such tremendous pressure, going without, when a few people have
so much. How do they sleep at night? This too shall pass!!!!!!!
