Too Much Complaining

I just don't get it. There are a lot of complaints about working
for McDonald's, if you don't like it, than quit!!! It's the
people that are complaining that make it a bad place to work.
You come in to work with a bad attitude. You get mad because
someone asks you to sweep or mop. You want to stand around and
socialize rather than do what you are being paid for and then you
get mad because a customer is angry because they waited
5 or 10 minutes while you finished your conversation.
McDonald's is a team work environment and when some members of
the team don't pull their weight it makes it bad for everyone
else working with them. If you don't like your job, do everyone
else a favor and quit. No one is perfect and no job is perfect
either. I've worked at a lot of jobs and I have yet to find one
that is perfect. So, if you don't like it, quit
