unfair termination

Posted by: mad employee ( U.S. ) on August 29, 1996 at 11:07:59:

I use to work in a mcdonald's in Pauls Valley, OK. Until I was fired Monday eveing on the 26 of Aug.
I just want to tell my story to who every wants to hear it.

Well, it started on a Sat. night when I was closing, and one of my employees told me that she was not going to maintain my bin level that I
set for her. I told her that I was the manager in control and I wanted that bin level maintain. She told
me no again. She told me that I was treating her like a two year old and she out on me. Well, she calls the
store manager an told her side of what happen. When the store manager wanted to talk to me, I tried to tell my side of the story.
She would not listen to me. Well, the little girl clock backin that night help close the store. The next morning
when I came in to work, the store manager and me got into another heated arguement that morning about the situation
again. That next evening the supervisor pages me to come to the store. When I arrvied at the store she asked me
to tell my side of the story, which I did. When I had finished she terminated me.

I wanted know why she terminated me because I was doing my job. I want the president of McDonald's to see
how people are getting treated in McDonald's across the country, especially in Pauls Valley,OK. I want to also mention that
something should be done to the ones that terminates employees unfairly. Ed Rensis, if you read these I would like
you to come down and see for yourself how some employees get treated at the Pauls Valley McDonald's and how the
owner, Gary Cook, is not doing nothing about it. If you come down ask for the manager that they fired on Aug. 26, 1996.
