International Life Sciences (?)

I've been coming across more and more Newspaper reports which describe Monsanto as "an international life sciences company."

Surely a Company which made ú2 Billion in profits last year from selling products which kill things, should really be known as an "international death sciences company."

For those who dont know, Monsanto is(/was) the producer of DDT, Dioxins, Agent Orange, PCB's, Pesticides, Herbicides, Aspartame (Nutrasweet to Diet Coke drinkers), Genetically Engineered Food, Oestrogenic Compounds, and Bovine Growth Hormone.
