In a follow up to 'Hardest jobs that they have ever had', firstly, if you worked at McDonalds for five years during high school then its a pitty you didn't pay more attention at school, I counted at least 6 mistakes in your article. Secondly, you should have tried to learn more about managing staff, if they don't do any work then its up to you as a manager to motivate them or fire them instead of doing their work too which only encourages them to work even less.

picking up on other posters grammar etc can be helpful but mostly is not. The Debating Room's are not (english) classrooms and though people may 'learn' in these forums it is to debate not spellcheck that we are here.
