Writing a letter would accomplish nothing. It would just get a pat response. Do you really think they would admit to using nasty cow parts? After all, it is 100% pure beef. Hoofs and faces included.
Also, it's not a remark, but rather a question to be considered. Take off the blinders!! BTW, chicken is full of tumors too.
