Its all in how you manage the store

Ok , calm down. I started out as a mcdonalds employee about 11 years ago for extra income. I admit that the pay was weak. Now I am a manager that makes a sallary of over 30,000.00 a year with insurence, paid vacation, holiday pay exc.

Its all in how you manage the store you work at. Yes we have good and bad days, and yes if procedures are done correctly every item you buy should be hot and delicious. I know McD's has had a few bad raps., what fast food place hasnt. I insist that if you do go to a McD's and get bad food or service you should complain all over the place! The emplyees know better and you can always climb that ladder of managers until you get to the owner or the corp. (we cannot refuse you that information).

The best part of working at McD's is working with the young people out on their first job. They are what its all about. They are the ones who will grow up better people learning good job skills and staying off welfare. If you do come across a snotty attitude or bad service it is because they were trained that way. Calmly ask for the manager and demand to get what you paid for and what you expect ed to get when you walked in the door. McDs manager
