Some hopefully helpful suggestions

Well, it definitely looks like McD Corporate management has their work
cut out for them. I guess there are many regions where the McD stores
just aren't cutting it, judging from many similar complaints by other
customers. I'm not good at remembering Internet addresses, but type the
corporate name into your browser, and McD's site should be listed at
or near the top. I haven't looked there thuroughly, but see if there is
a way to email Corporate with your complaints. And have you talked to
the local district Vice President (or whatever his title is)? Also, you
might get the area code in Des Plaines, Illinois, call Information -
(Any Area Code) 555-1212, and see if you can get the customer relations
representative, or anyone to hear your complaints.
And finally, before I go, don't take their shit at those local stores!
If any employee or manager jumps down your throat, tell him off!!! Show
others behind you what an asshole that employee, supervisor, or manager
is!!! Remember, "The Customer Is Always Right"!!!
