Well, I work at McDonalds and if Food is dropped on the floor there, we throw it away. The food really is not unsafe to eat; the managers and floor sups. are pretty strict on following all the rules. If you think that serving food that has been dropped is such a bad thing, then don't do it. From what I've seen...the customers' hands are so disgusting it doesn't matter where their food's been. You should see how dirty those people are!! Seriously, McDonalds employees do not serve bad food, you may be one individual case.
