What's wrong with you? You talk about the crew's nasty habits in food handling, but do you do anything about it? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'll just assume that you don't care, because that's the impression that you give. Why in the hell don't you do anything to stop this mishandling of food? You're a manager, aren't you? Ten years did you say? I wouldn't have kept you on that long. You can't blame the crew, they are just trained monkeys, the management is to blame. How are they to preform their jobs correctly if you just sit their with your thumb up your ass and watch them spit in the burgurs or what ever. Get out of the food service industry fast, before you poison someone. None.
