Startling! Isn't it? Depending on what you add to your salad, you can
wind up with more fat and calories than a Big Mac or a Whopper! If I do
anything right with my diet at all, at least I refrain from adding
dressing or oil to my salad! If vinegar is offered, I do use that in
place of dressing, otherwise I do without. If grilled chicken is offered,
I request that.
I'm not going to get on my soapbox about dieting and all that (I'm nobody
to talk!), but today I stuffed myself and don't feel so good.
Debbie's right. I haven't seen a McD location that doesn't offer salads.
I'm going to start taking advantage of them, with iced tea, and vinegar
if they have it.
And to clear up the matter, I take full responibility for my diet
actions. Too much of anything isn't good, and by choice I overdid it.
I won't quit the "fun food" completely, but I will start making better
choices and balance out what I eat, instead of doing fast food all the
time. My diet choices are not McD's fault.
