One small point to you, Charles. Vegetarians that eat fish are considered vegetarians.
They are considered Pesco-Vegetarians. I used to feel the same way, but I attended a
seminar on vegetarianism and I learned that people who consider themselves vegetarians
and eat fish are, in fact, vegetarians. Now people who eat poultry are not included.
They should just say they don't eat red meat!!
