The good workers are the ones who will realize that I don't have to hire them, so they appreciate their opportunity. The good workers strive to make the Company better.Good workers don't say, "Gee, our company is one of the few that gives us part-timers benefit packages. Our company wants to increase our pension plan, but doesn't want it to be run by the mafia/general scum that we call "leadership". How dare they tell us what to do?!? Who do they think they are, our bosses?!?! To the streets, fellow sheep, and stand up to this disgusting benevolence!!!"
The violence I was referring to is that which is going to occur in the future when replacement workers start showing up. They are the true honest worker (no one is "taking" jobs; Those jobs were forfeited the instant you walked out the door). Of course, the restless cows outside will lash out. Once they do that, all bets are off, and the cows will soon realize they are on the killing floor, riding up that conveyor belt towards the "Meat Preparation Machines" (as I liked to call them), which is a one way trip.
As an aside, one downside of being the boss is that you can't spend any time on the killing floor, watching the live meat being processed. I get nostalgic, now and then while sitting at a desk or in my yacht, for the sounds, sights, and, yes, smells of the meat factories...
None.
