Oh, right!, Now you're telling me that the bible (which I have read twice, both testaments) is speaking to vegetarians?You bet! Whenever I want factual material, I always turn to the bible, which of course was written by men who had spent too much time out in the desert. It's a nice history book and has a lot of good ideas, but unfortunately its dietary advice is somewhat dated. We've grown up since then.
It never ceases to amaze me when people want to live lives in such antiquated ways. And it always seems they point out the parts they want to go back to. It comes as a package, guys and gals. If you want to live like the bible says, then you must accept it all, not just the parts that suit you, including the wars (always my favorite part of organized religion) and treatment of children and women.
Hey, those biblical types knew how to solve problems. Brother, father, mother, child, sister bothering you? Kill them, simple and efficient, but not for me. I would rather live in the real, current world.
