No, there will always be bigger people than I. This doesn't make me
afraid to go out. This page, and this campaign, are uniting the
resources of a number of small people to give them more of a chance
against the big guy. That's called democracy. If you don't like
people banding together against blatant injustice (or "unionizing"),
then may I suggest Indonesia as a _good_ place for you?.

The words "C.I.A." and "heroin" spring to mind...
Just because millions of people enjoy it doesn't mean you should sell it.

Well thank the nearest convienient deity that some people care enough...

Sorry to quote Lou Reed gratuitously, but:
"He-ro-in, be the death of me, 'cos it's my wife and it's my life".

Oh terrific. Not only are you then responsible for its miserable life, you're
also responsible for its death. I'm not a veggie, actually - to eat anything
involves suffering and death on the part of something. But for the sake of my
conscience, I will only eat something that has been reared and killed as
humanely as possible. And I eat meat maybe twice a month - I love the taste,
but I don't need it, and it keeps it "special". I may eat meat, but I don't
overdose on it.

If you're saying that you're doing something leading a useless existence a
favour by causing it to be killed, then surely could you could employ the
same argument on yourself...Go on, it's for the good of the planet...
