Before sending any queries about this CD via email please do the following:

1. Ensure you have an appropriate decompression utility installed on your computer in order to extract the files on the CD to your hard drive - i.e. WinZip or StuffIt Expander (both available as installations on this disk in the Utilities folder).
2. Read any accompanying READ_ME file that comes with the application you are installing in order to determine whether or not your system meets the minimum requirements for the software.
3. Run a virus scanner on the entire CD before installing any software and then disable it (virus scanners can interrupt the installation process and often mis-diagnose some files as viruses).
4. Always back-up any valuable data before installing any new software and be sure that NO other applications (including background processes) are running.
