This is an electric razor that men use to shave with. It cost ┤4,950. As you can see from the photograph, it includes a cord, but its size is not very different from those in use today. This seems to be the size which is easy for a man to hold and apply to his chin. Technical improvements which would later transform electric razors would be functional improvements such as sharper blades and washable models.
