One of the prominent monsters of the Ultra Series. His authentic and grotesque figure was rather elegant and, back in those days, children wanted to be Peguira more than anything else. His features included a devil-like action as if he swung his mantle, and the enormous strength with which he locked the city of Tokyo in a block of ice.
