Years Of Pleasure
  • Once bulbs have finished flowering, you can often use them again the following year. By planting them in combination with new bulbs, you can create more variety in your garden. The bulbs may remain in the ground after the leaves and flowers have completely died off. Since flower bulbs store their own food reserves they will most likely flower again during the next season. However, for perennial growth it is necessary to additionaly fertilise the ground. For this purpose, it is easiest to use a mixed synthetic fertiliser available in granulated form. Instead of a synthetic product you can also use organic fertiliser in autumn.
