Participant List

The Participant List displays information about people who are currently part of the videoconference. Click the up or down arrow to scroll through the list of participants.

To the left of each name in the list are two icons that display whether or not the participant is watching your video, or sending video themselves:

The eye tells you that this participant is watching the video that you are sending. If the eye isnÆt shown, the participant doesnÆt see you.

The camera tells you that this participant is sending video. If the camera isnÆt shown, you wonÆt be able to see this participant.

Participant Buttons

Each name in the Participant List is a button. When a participantÆs video is being displayed, the button is shown pushed in, as is SeeMore's button in the example above. A button that is not pushed in, such as Sidney's, indicates that the participantÆs video is not being displayed.

You can click a participantÆs button to either display or remove their video window. If you try to display more video windows than are available, the new windows will open as free-floating windows.

Sorting the Participant List

Right-click on one of the scroll arrows to display the options menu, shown below. You may sort by name, by participants sending video, or not at all.
