Video: Encoding
The slider controls in this part of the screen let you decide the size and
quality of the video you want to send. Generally speaking, a small image takes
less bandwidth to send than a large one. Faster video also takes less bandwidth.
If you have a fast connection to the Internet, such as a corporate LAN, you
can move the sliders to the right. If you have a slower connection, such as a
56k modem, move the sliders to the left.
You may want to experiment with different combinations of settings to see
which one results in the best compromise between speed and image quality.
