Contact List

This window shows all of the users who are currently online and available to receive your call. The list may be sorted by Name, Email Address, or Comment by clicking on the appropriate column label.

You can double-click a contact to place a call, or copy a contact to your Conferencing Companion Addresses list from the Directory window.

The Contact List features a pop-up menu of commonly used commands. To display the menu, right-click anywhere in the Contact List area.

Speed Dial
Place an immediate call to the selected contact.

Send Mail
Send an e-mail message to the selected contact using your default e-mail program.

Stop Loading Directory
Interrupt the ILS server and stop loading contacts.

Refresh Directory
Retrieve a new listing from the ILS server.

Properties
Display the properties of the selected contact.
