Contacting Hummingbird

Hummingbird Exposé Online

Hummingbird Exposé Online is an e-mail mailing list and online newsletter that delivers product-related information on a regular basis. It also provides tips, help and interaction with Hummingbird users.

To subscribe to Hummingbird Exposé Online:

  1. browse to the following URL:
http://www.hummingbird.com/expose/about.html
  1. Scroll down to the subscribe section.
  2. Type your full name and email address. Then click Subscribe.

Joining a Users Group

To subscribe to the Mailing List:

  1. Open your web browser and type the following address:
http://www.hummingbird.com/support/usergroups.html
  1. On the User Groups and Mailing Lists page, select a product and click its link.
  2. On the Archives page, scroll down to the Subscription Instructions.
  3. In the fields above the subscribe button, type the name you want to display on the User Group and your email address.
  4. Click subscribe. The browser opens a confirmation page to tell you your subscription was successful.
  5. You can now post messages to the User group. See To join a User Group below.

To discontinue your Mailing List subscription:

  1. Open your web browser and type the following address:
http://www.hummingbird.com/support/usergroups.html
  1. On the User Groups and Mailing Lists page, click the product name of the Mailing List to which you belong.
  2. On the Archives page, scroll down to the Subscription Instructions.
  3. In the field above the Unsubscribe button, type your email address.
  4. Click Unsubscribe.

To join a User Group:

  1. Create a new e-mail message and leave the subject line blank.
  2. In the body of the e-mail message, type the following command:
subscribe exceed-users <Your Name>
  1. Send the message to the following address:
listserv@hummingbird.com

To post a message to a User Group:

Create an e-mail and send it to the following address:

exceed-users@hummingbird.com
