Set in an alternate future Earth, Titanium Angels charts the story of four races that become intertwined in a fight for survival, with you, the player, at the heart of the conflict.

Carmen Blake is a futuristic bounty hunter - one of a breed known as The Kindred. Any job too sensitive, or dangerous, for conventional law operatives to handle gets offered as a bounty to these brave and/or psychotic individuals. She accepts an extremely rich bounty, the termination warrant placed on Elegia Furie, military dictator of a small, but very rich and boisterous, island nation.

Carmen launches a frontal assault on Furie's headquarters, resulting in her drop-ship being destroyed and her barely escaping death. Clinging desperately to the outside of the building, a mile above the ground, she attempts to infiltrate the stronghold.…………

Titanium Angels is not a 3D shooter with a 3rd person perspective. (Although saying that there will be some features similar to that). SCi are going to create an adventure game that pulls from various gaming styles. It will have very much a console feel to the game play, creating a Zelda style adventure set in a dark and grim universe somewhere in the future. Both Carmen and Titan will be fully playable characters. Both characters will have different play styles (but the same control interface - very important). When playing as Carmen it will be slower paced e.g. she has a sniper rifle as well. Playing as Titan it will be more like a '3D Shooter'. With having the 2 play styles SCi can purposely ramp the game play and the 'tension cycle' to keep the player on their toes at all times.

The Technology:

As far as engine wise we will be at least on par with any other game being released winter next year (00) and more than likely we will blow them out the water. You have seen the demo and the screen shots of what we have now. We will obviously have curved surfaces, volumetric fogging, 3D particle rendering, multiple textures with environment mapping, bump-mapping support, plus loads of other goodies and eye candy. TA will fully support online networking games. SCi hope to have host of different game styles ranging from Deathmatch and co-operative to Carmen/Titan team play.
