automatically.

If you create a reminder for an entry
with a password protected web site, you will have the option to enable
the Application Launcher. If you mark this option, Auscomp Fort Knox will
launch MS IE at the reminder time and log you in automatically.

To use the built in password
protection in MS Office documents and Auscomp Fort Knox, do the following:
- When saving a Word or Excel
document, use the password option.
- Then drag the document from
Windows Explorer on to the Auscomp Fort Knox - Password Repository space.
This will create an entry where you can then set the password that
you'd applied during the original saving process.
- Next time, simply click the
AutoLogin button. This automatically opens the document in MS Word or Excel
with the password already inserted.
NOTE: Works only with MS Word documents
[.doc, .dot], MS Excel documents [.xls, .xlt, .xlw] and MS Access
databases [.mdb, .mde]
