If a reminder window pops up and it shows the Auto-Login button, a simple click will open MS IE and log you in automatically.

using Auto Launch in Reminder

If you create a reminder for an entry with a password protected web site, you will have the option to enable the Application Launcher. If you mark this option, Auscomp Fort Knox will launch MS IE at the reminder time and log you in automatically.

Auto Login in MS Office password protected documents

To use the built in password protection in MS Office documents and Auscomp Fort Knox, do the following:

NOTE: Works only with MS Word documents [.doc, .dot], MS Excel documents [.xls, .xlt, .xlw] and MS Access databases [.mdb, .mde]

Troubleshooting:

  1. Problem: You have activated a different Application or window while Auto Login was in process. 
    Solution: Simply retry it.
  2. Problem: MS Internet Explorer is not your default browser. 
    Solution: You will need MS IE 5 or later.
  3. Problem: The login sequence is not UserID {Tab} Password {Enter}. 
    Solution: You can change the login sequence by using the menu Entry | Edit Auto Login / Form Mate. Here you can adjust the login sequence to exactly match that of the wanted web site.
  4. Problem: The delay for login is not long enough.
    Solution: You can change the login delay using the menu Tools | Options. Here you can adjust the login delay.
