User agent
LeechGet sends a "User Agent" flag in every http request. This flag allows a web server to determine what type of browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, ...) a visitor uses. In fact, this flag is rather optional.

Send refer in HTTP Request
Select this option to send a "refer" string in http requests. A refer string is needed by many web pages, so it's a very good idea to activate this option.

Allow cookies
LeechGet can extract cookies from Internet Explorer. Select this option to send Internet Explorer cookies (if available) in http requests.

Anonymous e-Mail Address
Enter an e-mail address that LeechGet uses as password when connecting to a FTP server. It's not necessary that you enter your real e-mail address, a fake one will do it as well (like hi@nowhere.org).

Use passive mode
Some FTP server require passive data connections to download files. If you are unsure about this option, deactivate it (by default deactivated). LeechGet automatically switches to passive mode connection when active connections fail (even if the "Use passive mode" option is not activated).
