How to add a button to a toolbar

1 On the View menu, click Customise.
2 The Customise dialogue box is displayed.
3 In the Categories box, select All Commands.
4 Scroll through the Commands box, until you find the command you want to add.
5 Click on the command you want to add, and drag it over the toolbar.
6 Drag the command to where you want to place it on the toolbar, and release the mouse button.
7 Click Close on the Customise dialogue box to return to text editing mode.


Note: The black line that is displayed when you drag a command over the toolbar indicates where the command will be placed if you release the mouse button.
